I have been practicing psychiatry in Greater Cleveland since 2006. I am board-certified in both child & adolescent psychiatry and general adult psychiatry. I am affiliated with a several different Cleveland-area psychiatry practices. I see children and adolescents at OhioGuidestone, Compassionate Cleveland, and my private practice. I see young to middle-aged adults in my private psychiatry practice. I see adults of all ages at Compassionate Cleveland and at Greenbrook TMS. PRACTICE LOCATIONS
WESTERN RESERVE CENTER FOR MENTAL WELLNESS
Western Reserve Center for Mental Wellness (WRCMW) is my private psychiatry practice based in Beachwood, Ohio. WRCMW is not on any health insurance panels or networks. I am licensed to see patients from both Ohio and New York. In addition to children and adolescents, I see young to middle-aged adults. I see my Ohio patients both in person at my Beachwood office and online via telemedicine. My New York patients are all seen via telemedicine at this time.
OHIOGUIDESTONE
OhioGuidestione is a community mental health agency with office locations throughout Ohio. OhioGuidestone accepts most Medicaid and commercial insurance plans. I see only children and adolescents at the Brook Park office. Unfortunately I am not currently able to accept new patients at OhioGuidestone.
COMPASSIONATE CLEVELAND
Compassionate Cleveland is a practice that specializes in medical cannabis, legal in Ohio since 2017. Health insurance companies do not cover medical cannabis, but your initial physician consultation and annual follow up appointment expenses may be eligible for reimbursement from an FSA/HSA account. I see patients of all ages as long as they have at least one of the 25 qualifying conditions recognized by Ohio law for a medical cannabis recommendation.
GREENBROOK TMS
Greenbrook TMS is the area's leading provider of alternative treatments for treatment-resistant major depressive disorder (MDD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive FDA-approved treatment for MDD and OCD which is covered by most insurance. TMS is a great option to consider if traditional antidepressant treatments have been proven ineffective or intolerable. Greenbrook TMS has also added the option of esketamine nasal spray (Spravato) treatment for treatment-resistant MDD. I see adults of all ages at the Greenbrook TMS offices located in Hudson and Beachwood, Ohio.
BLUESTONE CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL
I have served as the administrative medical director of Bluestone Hospital since its inception in 2019. Since opening its doors in 2022, Bluestone has been the region's only inpatient psychiatry hospital designed to accommodate children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. The psychiatric needs of this patient population have long been underserved, and Bluestone aims to narrow that critical service gap.
